Helping Women Find Community and Grow

Andree Scanlon is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. She started karate in 1998, following an eight-year hiatus. After attending the European Kenpo Camp in 2007, Andree was inspired to return to her studies, eventually earning her black belt in 2011.  As part of her black belt thesis, she created the website honoring the contributions of females in the art of Kenpo. Andree continues to teach and train on a regular basis and is excited to see one of her students test for black belt in 2020.

Andree has run five half marathons, walked four Avon 39’s, and has personally raised over $12,000 walking for Breast Cancer and Pancreatic Cancer on behalf of her mother-in-law Mary Ann and her father Bob White, respectively.

Andree is a sales professional in the packaging industry and has a successful customer base that continues to grow. She is married to her husband Sean and has three children and six grandchildren – all of whom bring sunshine to her life on a daily basis.
