The days are running into each other.  Eating is getting easier, it’s becoming a way of life.  There are several times a day still that I say “When May 8th gets here”…….  but I think the closer I get to that date, the less I’ll actually change my diet when that day comes. It was a good day today, went for a run, made healthy food, had a great visit with my parents here in Florida.

Fit a lot of activities into 48 hours.  Wakodahatchee Wetlands, Loxahatchee National Reserve, and Pine Glades Natural Area, just beautiful, tonight we saw a field full of fireflies which was like the twinkling lights in the Blue Bayou (in Disneyland).  It’s a quick visit, too fast and I’ll be on the plane heading back to Southern California tomorrow morning.

Challenge:  running in humidity

Meal 1: Lara Bar – Water

Meal 2: Sautéed spinach, pan cooked salmon with 2 over easy eggs..

Snack: Almonds and Walnuts (a handful)

Meal 3: slow-Cooked Chipotle Pork Carnitas with Pineapple Guacamole – Kumbucha, La Croix


Exercise:  6 miles this morning, + another mile and a half misc – I’ll add.  Running in 92 degrees is pure punishment.  I walked the last half of my “run”..
