Happy Friday.  I’m running on overdrive, red eye flight last night and a full day of walking amongst wildlife and forests with wonderful company.  I’ll make this short and sweet.

Challenge:  eating out and being away from the comfort of home while on this Whole30 is incredibly hard.  Dining out again, on a Friday night and seeing all of the food that was being delivered from table to table was tough, but I made it.   Seltzer water and lemon is my friend.

Triumph: I’m prepared for tomorrow’s run and will be making dinner tomorrow night.. + I made it another day

Meal 1: Steak, poached egg and fruit

Meal 2: 3 Dates – that’s it.  I’m way off on my eating schedule…

Meal 3: Went to Captain Charlie’s Reef Grill in Juno Beach, Florida – Fresh Yellowfin Tuna Salad Nicoise – with grilled asparagus, kalamata olives and tomatoes
