Success..

Feeling pretty good aside from the headache I’ve had all afternoon, might be the lack of caffeine, I only had one cup of coffee this morning, and no afternoon caffeine.  I didn’t sleep too long last night.  There are plus sides to not conking out at 8:30 – I get to watch my late night TV.

Today was a normal day, like any other.  Wake up, work out, work all day, teach the kids class.. get home by 8:00pm.  I work from home so eating here makes it a lot easier than being out on the road.

I was surprised to look at the calendar today and notice that it’s Thursday.  Normally when you start any kind of regimen, it’s on a Monday.. so today felt like the week just began.  Glad to see that tomorrow is Friday.  Not a lot to report.

Meal 1 – 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 grapefruit – 1 cup of coffee black

Meal 2 – grilled chicken salad, olives, tomato, avocado, lemon with greek seasoning

Meal 3 – Chicken curry, potatoes with sautéed zucchini (small amount of coconut oil)

Seltzer Water w/lemon

Exercise

1 hour Crossfit 6:30 class

1 hour teaching 7 kids ages 6-10…(yes I count this as exercise, as it’s both physical and mental, we played Hill at the end of class and I had to tag kids, finally had to get reinforcements to end the game, it’s tough keeping up at my age)
